3 Easy Crockpot or Instapot Soups To Warm You Up

Are you looking for dinner recipes you can make in your RV camper or at home and are easy Instapot soups?


My old reliable Crockpot and my Instapot are my two favorite kitchen gadgets. Whether I am in the RV or at my farmhouse, I am always looking for good recipe ideas to try.


Which one do I like better you ask? Well, it depends. Getting my InstaPot was a good purchase not only for the RV kitchen but for every day use too.

I am excited to share my 3 Best & Easy Instapot Soup Recipes, which include:

  • Broccoli Cheese Soup – Oh how I love broccoli cheddar soup on a cold day. It’s even better if you have some garlic bread to dip in.

  • Creamy Chicken & Veggie Soup – This is a very flavorful chicken veggie soup recipe and has onions, corn, and celery.

  • Butternut Squash Soup Recipe – This is a creamy and delicious soup that is perfect for the fall and winter months. I love anything with cinnamon and nutmeg in it!

As promised, here are three quick ingredient lists for my favorite soups that can be made in the Instant Pot or Crock Pot. I don’t spend much time in the cold weather since I'm always either in Florida or Georgia, but time to time we do get chilly nights here in the south.


1. Broccoli Cheese Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 Broccoli

  • 3/4 cup Carrots

  • 1 tsp Garlic

  • 1 cup Onion

  • 3 1/2 cups Chicken stock

  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard paste

  • 4 tbsp All-purpose flour

  • 1 tbsp Black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp Paprika

  • 4 tbsp Kerry Gold Irish Butter, Unsalted

  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese

  • 2 cups Half and half



2. Creamy Chicken & Veggies Soup

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Chicken, cooked

  • 1 (5-ounce) bag Baby spinach

  • 1 cup Carrots

  • 2 stalks Celery

  • 4 cloves Garlic

  • 1 tbsp Thyme, fresh leaves

  • 1 Yellow onion, large

  • 4 cups Chicken broth, low-sodium

  • 1 lb Potato gnocchi, refrigerated

  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground

  • 1 1/2 tsp Kosher salt

  • 3 tbsp Olive oil

  • 1 1/2 cups Half and half


3. Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 Butternut squash, medium

  • 3 cloves Garlic

  • 2 tsp Ginger, fresh

  • 1 Onion, medium

  • 1/2 tsp Thyme, fresh

  • 3/4 cup Coconut milk

  • 4 cups Vegetable stock

  • 3/4 tsp Sea salt and black pepper

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
