Garlic Bread Recipe

Homemade Garlic Bread is easy, cheesy if you want it to be and absolutely perfect! Learn to make the best garlic bread spread for sliced bread or halved loaves, and how to get your bread perfectly seasoned with fresh rosemary!


  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

  • 2 sprigs Rosemary, chopped

  • 1 pinch Kosher salt

  • 1/3 cup Butter

  • Bread of your choice

  • cheese (optional)


  1. Preheat the oven to 425° and have ready 2 sheet pans.

  2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the butter, cheese (if adding), garlic, rosemary, and salt.

  3. Apply a thin layer of the mixture to each slice of bread and transfer to the baking sheets, buttered side up.

  4. Bake 5-8 minutes, or until golden.
