Jimmy Carter's Boyhood Farm | Part 2

Updated: Apr 11

After hearing about the two new donkeys on the farm (although Jimmy Carter corrected me yesterday and said they were mules, LOL), I just had to go have a look.

I don't know how old they are, but they sure are cute!

Here's another look at Jimmy Carter's National Park with both of them in the photo from a distance.

There's even a General Store you can look at beside Jimmy Carter's boyhood home. It's so interesting to look at how people used to buy supplies. I kind of wish it were still like this!

See the washboards in the General Store? I recently bought one with glass instead of metal insert for my laundry room. See my photo below this.

Here's my "new" antique washboard for the cottage laundry room, inspired by visiting Jimmy Carter's Boyhood Farm National Park General Store!

More photos from the Jimmy Carter boyhood farm park here in Plains, Georgia... This was a neighbor's home.
